The Practice was founded back in 1979 by Roger Gray, a specialist in helping small businesses acheive their business objectives. On Roger's retirement, the Practice was aquired in 2012 by Andy Yates, retaining our Head Office in Teddington, Middlesex.
Since then, Andy has grown our full service practice by offering an innovative approach to Accountancy services. He has also put together a team, not only offering the technical expertise you would expect, but also a team that is able to relate to our clients and their businesses.

Customer care is not a science, it is simply a case of making sure your clients are happy: our Fees are very competitive; we respond promptly to client requests; we are proactive in offering advice; our clients know their best interests are foremost in our actions; we are always looking at new ways to reduce our costs; and, they believe their success is ultimately our success.
Objectives
Our intention over the coming years is to encourage our clients to use Grays Accountants as a "one stop shop" for all business related issues and be viewed more as a Business Associate rather than the Archetypal Accountant. We will continue to add to our portfolio of Services, in response to our clients business needs.
